In the fall of 1987, Bernie Milton and the Soul Patrol played an outdoor gig at Ithaca College in the field between the lower and upper Quads. (You can hear Bernie call out during Lucille "this goes out to Eastman" at 0:44.)
Jim Robertson (IC TV/R 1989) was running sound that day and recorded a from-the-board bootleg to cassette. 25 years later (fall of 2012), he digitized the tape and shared it on the web.
Excuse any popping and poor EQ: this is a raw tape (barely EQ-ed when digitized) carted around for 25 year. Excuse, also, any copyright infringement. This is absolutely not for sale. It was recorded, saved, and (eventually) digitized out of love for the sound of Bernie Milton and the Soul Patrol -- a background sound to Jim's college years.
